STEP 1 - Powerwashing

• Pressure wash all surfaces to be painted.

• It only makes sense to remove the dirt and mildew.

STEP 2 - Scraping / Repairing

• Remove loose paint.  We do it the old-fashioned way;       by hand with scraping knives and wire brushes.  

• Sand and smooth, if necessary.

• Have skilled carpenters make repairs, if necessary.

• Prime all new and bare wood with an oil-base primer for adhesion and protection.

STEP 3 - Caulking / Glazing

• Caulk all seams, joints, cracks, and nail holes with a 40-year rated  poly caulk.

• Re-glaze any loose glazing on wood windows, if necessary

STEP 4 - Protecting

• Tape-off and cover all protected areas; windows, brick, light fixtures, roof, etc. 

• Cover shrubs, porches, and landscaping.

STEP 5 - Professional Application

• We use only premium paints.
